Seasons to the Summit

Submission for OST Composing Jam #3.

Seasons to the Summit was inspired not by time, but by a place. In the mountains, you can experience all of the seasons in one day (explained here: https://www.andeansummits.com/climate-seasons).

In the game that inspired this OST, the main character travels up the mountain to reach their home at the summit. Along the way, they meet many friends, each of which represent a different season and a different time of the day:

• Spring - a sparrow singing in the morning

• Summer - a lion lounging in the afternoon

• Fall - a firefly flickering in the evening

• Winter - a wolf wandering in the night

The main character arrives at their home at the top of the mountain as the day breaks, and spring starts anew.

Each track of the OST represents one of the seasons, with a fifth track to symbolize the start of a new day and a new spring, this time surrounded by family at home.
